1. Who we are (data controller)
Mobile House Wageningen, established at Hoogstraat 38, 6701 BV Wageningen, the Netherlands, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
- KvK number: [KvK-nummer]
- Address: Hoogstraat 38, 6701 BV Wageningen
- Email: info@mobilehouse.nl
2. What data we collect
This website itself is largely informational — repairs are arranged by phone, email or in person at our shop, not through an online booking form. Through the website, we may process the following personal data:
- If you call or email us using the contact details on this site (phone number, email address), we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and details about your repair.
- If you click the map link or load the embedded map to find our shop, limited technical data (such as your IP address) may be shared with Google, as described in Section 5.
- This site currently contains no contact or booking form. If a form is added in future, this section will be updated to describe the fields collected.
If you visit our shop in person for a repair, we may separately record your name and contact details on a repair ticket or receipt — this is handled at the shop and is not part of the website's data collection.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for example, when you voluntarily contact us by phone or email, or choose to load the embedded map. Where a repair contract exists, processing may also be necessary for the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Hosting and processors
This website is hosted by our hosting provider [hosting provider name], who processes technical data (such as server logs) on our behalf as a data processor. We have, or will put in place, a data processing agreement with our hosting provider as required by the GDPR.
5. Third-party services
This website uses the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts — used to display the site's typography (Space Grotesk, Inter). Loading these fonts may transfer your IP address to Google servers, which can be located outside the European Economic Area.
- Google Maps — an embedded map helps you find our shop. Because loading the map directly on page load would transfer your IP address to Google before you've given consent, the map on our 'Visit us' section requires a click before it loads (see Section 6).
policies.google.com/privacy.' data-nl='Zie het privacybeleid van Google voor details over hoe zij gegevens verwerken: policies.google.com/privacy.'>See Google's own privacy policy for details on how they process data: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Consent for the embedded map
The Google Maps embed on our 'Visit us' section is not loaded automatically. You will see a 'Load map' button first; the map (and any associated data transfer to Google) only loads after you click it, giving you an active choice before any data is shared with Google.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for — for example, contact details related to a repair are kept for the duration of the warranty period (6 months) plus any period required by Dutch tax and administrative law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@mobilehouse.nl — see also Section 9 for a placeholder alternative contact.
9. Contact and complaints
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at info@mobilehouse.nl or [email adres]. If you believe we have not handled your personal data correctly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
